12:45 March 6, 2010          Minutes of the Special AGM 

 

A short meeting of the NODBC was held March 6/l0 to add an addendum to the AGM minutes of January l0, 2010. 
There were 35 members present.  The final financial statement was presented by Linda Trimble, treasurer, 
there is $l4l3.ll profit at the end of 2009.  
Dave Murison moved the financial statement be adopted as read, the vote was unanimous.  
Motion passed and voted that the profit amount will go to the Halina Centre.  
For the Helen Shields rookie/master coming up, a rookie must be 49 points or under 
to qualify as a rookie, this will be held April 27/l0.  Marg Bryant moved meeting be adjourned, 
seconded by Shirley Paul.
